The building is in a U-shaped plan. At first sight we can see that between the wings of the house, a terrace shielded from the wind and providing privacy was designed. In addition, the house is rich in a glazed two-storey living room with an amazing view of the Szczecinski Lagoon. The house is characterized by a simple, compact function and the highest aesthetics in every detail.
