Vini House

We are pleased that the Investor, impressed by the BETON HOUSE single-family house project in Katowice, already completed by our studio, has chosen us to create a single-family house project for him and his family.

The close proximity of BETON HOUSE, the same surroundings and a similar shape of the plot imposed the form of the designed single-family VINI HOUSE.

Investors wished to design the entire function of the house on only one floor. The designed house was divided into zones in order to separate the one of parents’ life with the private space of an adult son. Although these two places were combined with a large living room and a spacious, open kitchen.

Thanks to the completely glazed southern façade, the house is full of sunshine and open to a beautiful garden with a swimming pool.

We are certain that in such a beautiful surrounding and amazing building our neighbours will feel happy and fulfilled. Therefore, we warmly wish that, and all the best to our neighbours.:)
